Head of Youth Programmes

We're looking for a passionate and experienced education and youth work professional to join our growing team at Scran Academy!

This role will be a critical part of our senior leadership team, and suit a compassionate, proactive candedate who is passionate about changing young lives through innovative youth-led approaches to education and employment

Front of House Lead

We’re looking for a warm, motivated, and people-focused individual to lead the Front of House at our brand new flagship employability café, based within the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.

You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for both customers and the young people we support into work. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, deliver excellent customer service, and help guide young trainees as they build confidence and professional skills.

Kitchen Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and organised individual to lead the kitchen operations of our flagship employability café at the NHS Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.

Working directly with the Head of Enterprise and Catering Operations Manager, the Kitchen Manager is accountable for the smooth and financially successful running of our café at the NHS Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.

Volunteer Tutor

We’re looking for a talented, experienced tutor to join the frontline team that helps young people develop in ways that are meaningful to them.

The role will support the planning and delivery of our tutoring programme, helping young people reach attainment goals that are meaningful to them.
